Please send us a photo of the affected area. Please make sure the photo is in focus so that we can see the size and condition of the scratch or hole.
Send photos via email
Please write "Repair" in the subject line. / Please write "Description of the part you want to repair" in the body of the message. Example: The sleeve is untied. There is a moth hole around the chest. etc. / We will reply by the next business day to let you know whether the item can be repaired.
