Credit card payment, cash on delivery (Sagawa Express eCollect), bank transfer,

◆About shipping charges
We will send it via Sagawa Express.
If your purchase amount is 10,000 yen or more (tax included), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the purchase amount is less than 10,000 yen, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery area. Shipping fees by area are as follows:

Nationwide flat rate of 550 yen (tax included) *However, Okinawa and remote islands are 1100 yen (tax included)
About shipping
For items that are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 business days of the order date, excluding holidays.
*Shipping delays may occur depending on weather conditions.
◆About exchanges
For exchanges due to customer convenience (limited to unused items), please contact us within 7 days of delivery and return the item so that it arrives at our company within 14 days. The shipping fee for return will be borne by the customer.
When returning the product, please include the product tag with the package. Please return the product in the same packaging as when it was shipped.
Once we receive the product, if there are no problems, we will ship you a replacement item.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new or equivalent product.
We will replace it.
Exchanges will not be accepted if any of the following conditions apply:
○Return requests made 7 days or more after the delivery date,
○Products that have been worn or taken out.
○Second exchange.
○Products ordered from other stores.
○Custom-made products, such as made-to-order products.
About returns
If you wish to return a product for your own reasons (unused items only), please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and return the product so that it arrives at our company within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will check our inventory and replace it with a new or equivalent product.
We will exchange the product. (If the product is defective, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.)
Please contact us by email or phone within 3 days. If you do not receive the product within that time, we will not be able to accept your request for return or exchange.
